Every time you use your Friendly Laundry Card, you earn points—10 points for every $1 spent—toward free washes, bonuses, and other great rewards. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Friendly family.
How the Loyalty Program Works
- Register your account – From the main screen of the in-store kiosks, select ‘User Registration’. Add your name and email to qualify for rewards.
- Earn automatically – Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend using your Laundry Card.
- Check your points – View your points balance from the main screen.
- Redeem – From the main screen, select ‘Available Prizes’. Rewards you qualify for will have a red button—press it and confirm your choice.
We’ll verify your selection and email you within 2-3 days to inform you of when your reward will be ready. Please be sure to whitelist emails from friendlylaundromatfullerton.com, so you receive communications from us.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Friendly Laundromat Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”) is available to customers who register their Laundry Card with their name and valid email address at an in-store kiosk.
2. Earning Points
Points are earned automatically with every paid wash or dry cycle using a registered Laundry Card. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
3. Redeeming Rewards
Rewards may be redeemed once you reach the required point level.
All redemptions must be made at the in-store kiosks by selecting your desired reward and confirming your choice on the screen.
To qualify for rewards, you must first add your name and email to your Laundry Card account at an in-store kiosk.
Friendly Laundromat reserves the right to verify account activity and point balances before processing rewards.
All reward selections are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or reversed.
4. Reward Availability
Rewards and point requirements may change without notice. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be offered if a listed item is unavailable. Loyalty Program points are applied directly to your Laundry Card account.
5. Expiration of Points
Points never expire.
6. Limitations
The Loyalty Program is intended for individual customer use. Abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse (including creating multiple accounts or falsifying transactions) may result in cancellation of your membership and forfeiture of points.
7. Changes or Termination
Friendly Laundromat may modify, suspend, or end the Loyalty Program at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

By registering your Laundry Card and, where indicated, providing consent, you agree that Friendly Laundromat may send you occasional promotional emails related to our services and offers. 10. Fraud Prevention
Friendly Laundromat reserves the right to deny or revoke credits in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or failure to meet Referral Program terms.

How does the Friendly Loyalty Program work?
It’s easy! Register your Laundry Card by adding your name and email at any in-store kiosk. Then, use your card every time you wash, dry, or buy soap from the Soap Center—you’ll automatically earn points toward rewards.
You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend, and the points add up fast!
To check your points balance, visit any kiosk. When you’re ready to redeem, select “Available Prizes” from the main screen (top right).
Rewards you qualify for will show a red “Select” button. Click it and confirm your choice when prompted.
Rewards you’re not yet eligible for will appear with a gray button showing how many more points you need.
You can redeem smaller rewards right away or save up for something bigger—it’s up to you!
Why do I need to add my name and email to my Laundry Card?
Adding your name and email helps us verify your account and make sure your rewards are sent to the right person. It also allows us to contact you if we need to confirm your reward selection or let you know when it’s ready.
We’ll only email you occasionally about your account, rewards, or special promotions—and you can unsubscribe anytime. We’ll never sell or share your information.
I liked the old $2 bonus on a $20 bill. Why did that go away?
Great question and we heard that from a few customers! The $2 bonus was fun, but it only worked when people added $20 at a time. Many customers who added smaller amounts (like $10) never got any bonus at all.
We wanted to make things fair for everyone, so now every dollar you spend earns points—no matter how much you load onto your card. This way, everyone earns rewards at the same rate.
If you liked that $2 bonus, you’ll love The Friendly Bonus—it’s the same idea, just bigger! You’ll earn $10 after you spend $100, and you can redeem it right through our Loyalty Program.
Or, if another reward catches your eye—like a free drop-off coupon (Clean Break), a bundle of laundry supplies (Supplies Surprise), or a local business gift card (Friendly Night Out)—you can save up your points for those instead.
Can I get my reward from the Friendly Laundromat attendant right away?
Not immediately.
To redeem a reward, select it from the Available Prizes menu at the in-store kiosk. Once we receive your request, we’ll verify your points and reward your selection.
If your reward is a physical item, we’ll arrange for you to pick it up in-store.
If it’s a bonus laundry credit, we’ll add it to your Laundry Card and notify you by email once it’s ready.
We aim to process all rewards within a few days—thank you for your patience!
My Laundry Card still says “Quick ’N Clean Laundry”. Is it still valid at Friendly Laundromat?
Absolutely!
All Laundry Cards issued at this location—even those printed under the name Quick ’N Clean Laundry are still fully valid.
You can continue using your card just as before for washing, drying, and earning loyalty points. The name has changed, but your balance and rewards stay the same.
Friendly Laundromat has kept everything in place so you can keep washing, earning, and redeeming without missing a beat.
